Dawn Avallone’s practice is concentrated on estate planning and administration matters. She assists clients with all aspects of estate planning, such as the preparation of Wills, Revocable Trusts, Life Insurance Trusts, Advance Directives, and Powers of Attorney, as well as with more complex gifting and asset preservation techniques. Ms. Avallone also regularly handles the administration of estates, assisting executors, trustees and beneficiaries navigate the probate process.
Prior to joining The Law Offices of Jane F. Wolk, Ms. Avallone was a trust officer at a New Jersey bank, where she served as a corporate fiduciary. She has also served as a legal guardian to adults with special needs at a New Jersey nonprofit organization.
Ms. Avallone began her legal career as an attorney in the trusts and estates departments of leading law firms in New Jersey and the District of Columbia, where she worked on complex estate planning and administration matters for high net worth individuals and families.
Ms. Avallone received her B.A. in 1989, with high honors, from Douglass College, Rutgers University, and her J.D. in 1992, with honors, from Rutgers School of Law,Newark.
