Jane F. Wolk focuses her practice exclusively on estate planning, trust and probate law. She is licensed by the State Bar of both New York and New Jersey. Her practice includes all aspects of probate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, and the representation of executors, trustees and beneficiaries.
A graduate of Stanford Law School, Ms. Wolk worked for many years with some of the top practitioners in the field of trust and estate law, including Schulte, Roth & Zabel, DLA Piper and J.P. Morgan.
After spending many years in the world of “Big Law”, Ms. Wolk decided to transfer her experience and expertise to a smaller, more personal setting, providing clients with the same insightful, practical and individualized advice, but in a less formal, more relaxed environment.
Ms. Wolk is a frequent lecturer on estate planning matters, and has a special interest in the issues faced by women, by non-traditional families and by members of the LGBT community. She was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve as Vice-Chair on the Fee Arbitration Panel for District V-B, and has been recognized by her peers for her outstanding commitment to pro bono work.
